HELPING FAMILIES OF HOSPITALIZED CHILDREN

Hey Everyone,
Just thought I’d send out a few pictures of Kari. She’s changing every day!
We don’t have any new news yet. She has her next echocardiogram on March 20 which will hopefully show that her valve is continuing to grow and her heart muscles that had grown too big are starting to shrink. Lately I’m simply praying that her heart will function as it should because there are so many things that could go wrong with it. Every time I think I understand it all, I learn something new. However, the Lord has been very good to us. He’s granted every major request regarding Kari and lots of minor ones too, so I’m starting to relax. She’s growing and developing normally-and adorably I might add! She finally rolled over yesterday and today she pulled herself up to standing. I think we’re on the verge of lots of new skills! Right now it’s 2 in the morning and she’s been fed, burped, rocked, medicated, changed and snuggled-but she’s telling me she wants more! Kari has Jeff’s relentless determination, which is good (most of the time). She’s a fighter.
Thank you for all of your prayers. Almost every day someone tells me about how they are praying for her. Kari has more friends than anyone I know! You guys are the best!!
Believing,

Jennifer

Is. 64:4 “Since ancient times no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen any God besides you, who acts on behalf of those who wait for him.”

“Where do I even begin to thank you. I have already had hopes and dreams about one day giving back once this storm passes. You are an inspiration to me and I will be forever grateful.”
